Delivery

Your order will be delivered to the cargo within 1-7 business days. For orders within Türkiye, after your product is delivered to the Yurtiçi cargo company, delivery time varies depending on the distance. You can track your order with the tracking number information provided from Order Tracking.

Return and Exchange

You have 15 days from the date you received the product to return the unused and resalable products you purchased from www.kunststudio.co.

For returns, processes that do not inform you of the reason for the return via e-mail before sending the product back are not accepted. Refunds notified via e-mail are followed by the following process.

Afterwards, you can return the products from Yurtiçi KARGO at the agreed price, paying against the agreement CODE below. The return fee will be deducted from the product return.

• You can request a "cargo bag" from the cargo company when you deliver the product. If this cannot be achieved, you can provide packaging in a different way.
• In order to track whether the product has reached our center, you can track it by requesting a tracking number from the cargo company. Once the products you have sent reach our returns and inspection department, the time it takes to unpack and enter the system is 3-7 business days.
• In case the buyer requests a refund, the refund of the amount paid will be provided by the seller within 7 business days by notifying the bank to which the credit card belongs. Since the reflection of this amount to the buyer's accounts after the refund to the bank is entirely related to the bank transaction process, the buyer accepts that it will not be possible for the seller to intervene in any way for possible delays and that it may take an average of 2 to 3 weeks for the amount returned to the credit card by the seller to be reflected in the buyer's account by the bank. .
• If the product you sent complies with the return conditions, you will receive approval, otherwise you will receive rejection.
• The shipping fee you paid when purchasing the product is not refundable. Only the amount of the product will be refunded to your account.
• The return of products that do not meet any of the return conditions will be rejected and shipped to you at your expense.
